RAPP has announced, following a competitive review, that it has been retained by ScottishPower to handle the energy supplier’s UK domestic and SME direct marketing account.
The RAPP Edinburgh office was successful following a statutory roster pitch as the energy supplier looks to further strengthen its position as a top-six energy supplier in the UK. RAPP will continue to partner across both the domestic and SME business – providing strategic and creative expertise that will run across direct response integrated channels.
Heather Smyth, Head of Customer Communications, ScottishPower, said: "Congratulations to RAPP for winning a tough and competitive tender – from their Edinburgh and London offices they have demonstrated the strategic creativity and practical application that we value and we are excited to see how the agency will continue to make a difference in our marketing effort.”
Chris Freeland, RAPP UK CEO, said: “We are delighted that ScottishPower has retained our services. ScottishPower is hugely ambitious and we look forward to partnering with them on their journey to deliver superior customer experience. Both domestic and SME divisions operate in a dynamic marketplace and we are delighted to be delivering fresh and innovative thinking to the brand.”
