RAPP appoints Ludovic Gougat as chief marketing officer for RAPP U.S. and Tracey Barber as chief marketing officer for RAPP U.K

RAPP, a global, next-gen precision marketing agency, harnessing data, creativity, technology, and empathy to drive client growth at scale, today announced the appointment of Ludovic Gougat as chief marketing officer for RAPP U.S. and Tracey Barber as chief marketing officer for RAPP U.K. These strategic appointments mark a pivotal moment in RAPP’s commitment to driving growth and building a more connected global network. 

Ludovic and Tracey’s promotions follow RAPP’s achievement in winning its three largest precision marketing accounts in the last three years, including Mercedes and Virgin Media O2. They bring to their remits as CMOs a wealth of experience and track records of success in their respective markets – and, together, will work towards creating a globally-unified brand experience and innovative data-driven solutions to clients worldwide. Their leadership will be instrumental in identifying additional growth opportunities, enhancing client engagement, and amplifying RAPP’s reputation in the industry. 

Tracey, previously SVP of client growth at RAPP U.K., has also held brand management, growth, and marketing roles at IBM, Lenovo, and various agencies within Omnicom, IPG, and WPP networks.
