Radar director Lewis Arnold signs to top production company Rokkit and directs a gripping short film inspired by The Futureheads version of ‘Meet Me Halfway’.
After directing music videos with talented actors in the past, Lewis decided to take them on for his short film, and with their help change the story along the way. Here is Lewis’ quick insight into the production.
'The idea was developed very much with actor Ricci Harnet, who helped craft the character and the overall story. I suppose I have been blessed on my promo work to have worked with great actors like Ricci Harnet and Jo Hartley, and so you trust their instincts. In the case of 'Meet Me Halfway' we changed so much of the story as we shot, in a very organic way, as we responded to the instincts of both Ricci and the other cast members. Although its worth mentioning this was a nightmare for the producers and our 1st A.D Ben Burton'
Lewis has recently signed to Rokkit and directed the new Scouting For Girls video.
