Q8SULLATUASTRADA - The Road Ahead - is an integrated campaign to celebrate the country’s reopening after the long lockdown, where all drivers can count on Q8's concrete support to get back on track. A project in collaboration with Havas Media Group. With nearly 3,000 stations in Italy, Q8 Italia is its most important subsidiary and a reference point for the drivers of the country. For this reason, in this particular moment the brand chose to support Italians with refuel vouchers.
The film was shot during the Coronavirus pandemic: a real challenge both for the creative team, who were asked to consider the actual production possibilities, and the production company, who had to find filmmaking tricks and smart solutions to satisfy all requests, for example, a double streaming link to connect the creative team and the client staff to the set.
“Our film invites drivers to restart their journey on a road that no-one has travelled yet: a new normal that also includes dead batteries and small uncertainties.” says the creative team. In a nutshell, the campaign photographs everyday life, showing little insights that make us feel unsure and optimistic at the same time about the future that awaits us.
#Q8SULLATUASTRADA is a cross-touchpoint project: three weeks TV with a mix of 30' and 15' spots on the main broadcasters, with a selection of the most relevant channels for the target audience, three weeks radio with 15' spots on the main national networks, digital video strategy and programmatic drive to store activities, with real time push notification activities near the Q8 social stations.
