As we wave farewell to the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, Orange continues the modern, digital and 360° Christmas story which began last year. In 2011, the Christmas characters were captivated by the gifts from Orange, and this year they move into action in a story that reveals their humorous personalities.
In this new episode, the characters dedicate themselves to a mission: to bring forward the date and preparations for Christmas so they can start enjoying the gift that will change everything in the life of the house much sooner: the new Orange TV.
The new Orange TV, the TV of unlimited possibilities, is enhanced this Christmas with new uses that allow everyone to become actors in their own entertainment: choose a screen, play on the TV, enjoy TV series 24 hours after they are broadcast in the US, use a smartphone as a remote control...
The campaign designed for Christmas is in the image of this new TV: enhanced, participatory and interconnected entertainment; a storytelling that comes to life on multiple screens.
The campaign is called ‘Long Live Christmas’ and was created by Publicis Conseil and Marcel. The design of the campaign means it is possible to reach multiple points of contact: TV, Web, Billboards, Print, Radio and POS. Structured in 2 stages, this campaign allows for a graduated strengthening of the message from November through to January.
