No one has a to-do list quite as endless as a small business owner. And when it comes to commercial auto insurance, well, that’s a daunting to-do that can linger on the list.

In the latest edition of the “Monster To-Do List” campaign, from longtime AOR Arnold, Progressive brings the life-sized sticky note blob back - and it’s more daunting than ever!

In the :30 spot, Parties by Payton, the giant yellow creature follows a party planner around throughout her day, reminding her of all the things she needs to get done. It does so by not-so-subtly slapping sticky notes everywhere she goes. But even amidst the chaos of throwing a birthday party and being constantly reminded of her to-dos, she is able to get a quick savings quote from Progressive. How? Because Progressive makes the process so quick and easy that it can fit into any busy small business owner's day, so they can get back to doing what they love.

"It was a no-brainer to bring back our lovable [yet somewhat of a nightmare] Monster To-Do List,” said SVP group creative director Donnell “Dojo” Johnson. “We got great feedback from all kinds of small business owners, who found the campaign truly captures their reality. That, while helpful, their own everyday to-do lists can be a bit of a beast to handle. Now, if you'll excuse me, mine just slapped a sticky note on my keyboard that reads, 'Do timesheets.'"

Targeted to small business owners who rely on commercial vehicles for their operations, the goal of the campaign is to increase direct sales by giving them a reason to shop directly with Progressive Commercial Auto and Small Business Insurance products. Small business owners are constantly pressed for time, making any opportunity to quickly save money a welcome and reassuring surprise.

The campaign will air on national TV and OLV beginning September 2nd. Monster To-Do List made its first appearance last year in a spot featuring a food truck owner.
