Precision has announced three new hires just one week after launch, signalling an accelerating start to M&C Saatchi’s new marketing sciences practice. Steve Wright has joined as director of data & technology, Olivia Nadile as research manager and Tahl Finkenberg as data & analytics manager.
“As we designed Precision we knew we needed brilliant people to match our already significant ambition. As we interviewed Steve, Olivia and Tahl, it became obvious that not only were they incredible at what they did, but their diverse backgrounds would give us a real breadth of perspective. This diversity of thought will set us up for success and it’s a privilege to welcome them to the team.” says James Collier, chief data officer at M&C Saatchi Group AUNZ.
Having worked with an enviable list of blue chip clients across Europe and Australia, helping them realise the value of data science to drive deliberate action and growth, Steve Wright brings over 16 years of experience to Precision.
“The opportunity to join James and the M&C Saatchi Group to build the Precision practice was one I jumped at. The unique opportunity to blend the power of data with the existing creative success of the Group is something I am excited to be a part of and can honestly say - I can’t wait to get started.” says Steve.
Olivia Nadile is a global researcher and brings a qualitative and quantitative edge to the Precision team, with broad sector experience gained from time working with a long list of major Australian brands including ING, Sanitarium, ANZ, Jetstar, Cochlear and IAG.
“Opportunities like this don’t come around very often. I’m excited to jump in and support the group in realising the opportunity of creativity and quantification coming together.” says Olivia.
Tahl Finkenberg joins Precision with an extensive analytics background, having spent the most recent phase of his career specialising in market mix modelling and other data driven projects for Dentsu and CHE Proximity.
“The opportunity to help build on and evolve M&C Saatchi’s data and analytics capability is so appealing. I’m looking forward to making a difference and working with the Precision team.” says Tahl.
The launch of Precision is a continuation of the Groups long term growth strategy and will accelerate the unique union of creativity and quantification. The announcement comes several weeks after James Collier’s elevation to chief data officer. James has been leading the design and internal development of Precision and will spearhead it’s roll out and growth.
