GUT Miami teams up with long exposure photography expert Franke Relle to show the craft behind the kitchen

Popeyes chicken is second to none and the brand has always pushed the craft of making great chicken by hand battering, hand breading and marinating its chicken for 12 hours.

To document the brand’s 12-hour chicken preparation process, Popeyes took the photos of that process with long exposure photography expert Franke Relle, whose work has been featured in the Smithsonian Museum, New York Times, National Geographic and more, to show the world the craft behind their kitchen.

This is the first time this photography technique has been used by a QSR brand over a period of 12 hours to show a culinary process in a kitchen.
