Music and sound agency Pitch & Sync reveal the latest and hottest new artists, songs and albums that they’ve been listening to in their weekly installment of Tracks of the Week.

They've released the following statement to give some insight to their choices.

“After a weekend at The Great Escape Festival we feel very spoilt here at P&S.

The vast talent that was presented to us this year was almost quite overwhelming.

The future is bright for the UK music industry. But the present state of the industry isn’t bad either, as we present to you some real gems from both the festival and beyond.”

Flohio - Watchout

Flohio’s flow is striking. When the South London MC opens her mouth, she deploys her words with the effortless precision and assertiveness of a seasoned veteran. Her excellent new single, ‘Watchout’, is a big warning call to her enemies and skeptics. After seeing her at The Great Escape Festival we're on board!

Kamaal Williams - High Roller

There were queues out the door for this packed show at The Great Escape. 'High Roller' sees Henry Wu's project, effortlessly blend funk-laden keys, a wavy baseline and subtle, tip-toeing percussion.

Mina Rose - Blind Man Dreams

Showcasing in her music her belief in a multicultural world, the artist takes her different backgrounds and mixes them into one strong bold move. Swinging in between electronic sounds and organic elements, she has found the balance into her own heritage and the futurist world we are all living in today. One to watch from The Great Escape Festival.

Nine Inch Nails - God Break Down The Door

This week, on Trent Reznor’s 52nd birthday, he released the new song ‘God Break Down the Door.’ With its acid house breakbeats and droning saxophone blasts, it sounds even more like a track from his unlikely past tour mate David Bowie. Possibly even a fitting tribute to the man.

Batu - Flash React

It’s a sound that currently has no name: cobbling together bits of techno, house, drum‘n’bass, dubstep, and electro, and encompassing a wide array of rhythms and tempos, it’s too diverse and unpredictable to be pinned down. But this track showcases what Batu can do.

Phantastic Ferniture - F****n 'N' Rollin

Phantastic Ferniture is the gloriously misspelt new project from Julia Jacklin, Elizabeth Hughes and Ryan K Brennan. It's downright groovy rock song, with a carefree lead vocal.
