Park Village, the legendary production company celebrating ground-breaking creativity for over 50 years, announces its role as host sponsor for the eagerly awaited ‘Sally Miller 2.0’ event on Friday 11th April. Sally Miller, deputy head Of TV at Hogarth, spoke at emPOWER in February about her experience of loss while ascending in her career and her talk is titled ‘Beyond The Brief: A Producers Story of Strength Care and Redefining Leadership’.
After the inaugural 2025 session in February reached capacity, with a substantial reserve list, this second gathering will provide the perfect opportunity for industry professionals who missed the initial event and the reserve list will get the first notification to RSVP before being opened to the wider community.
Founded in 1973 by visionary photographer Peter Webb, Park Village has maintained its position at the cutting edge of creative production across five decades. The company will provide both the venue and breakfast for attendees, offering visitors a rare opportunity to experience the creative hub that has played a pivotal role in shaping advertising, music videos, and photography in the UK and beyond.
“We’re thrilled to open our doors to emPOWER and Sally Miller 2.0,” says Tom Webb, Managing Director of Park Village. "We have always aimed to foster creativity and collaboration at Park Village, values that align perfectly with the emPOWER Breakfast's vision of unleashing creativity through authentic networking and empathy-building. After witnessing the incredible response to her first session, we knew we wanted to support the initiative and help bring this valuable experience to even more people in our industry."
Park Village’s journey from pioneering photography studio to full-service production powerhouse mirrors the evolution of the creative industries themselves. From their historic Victorian studio complex, they have consistently embraced new technologies and art forms while maintaining the highest production standards - making them the ideal setting for an event focused on a member of our community whose career demonstrates creative excellence.
The emPOWER ‘Sally Miller 2.0’ session will take place in Park Village’s Stables space, which has hosted countless iconic shoots, productions, events (and dinners!) over the years. Attendees will enjoy not only Sally’s insights but also the opportunity to network in a venue that has been at the heart of the UK’s creative scene for half a century.
