Agency launches broadcast led platform to address the challenges India faces

1400 years ago, Indian mathematician Mahabharata made history when he introduced the world to Shunya—or “zero.” This tiny number changed our world, revolutionizing everything from the basic mathematics of a balance sheet to the astounding accomplishments of high science. Fast forward to today, as India stands at a critical crossroads—as the country looks to a population that will be 1.6 billion by 2050, the pressure is rising to nearly double its investment in new infrastructure in the next several years.

For a second season, DuPont, in partnership with Ogilvy New York, OgilvyEntertainment and Times Television Network, presents The Power of Shunya, a broadcast led platform that address the challenges India faces and explores how science can achieve maximum progress with zero negative impact.Challenge for Zero, Shunya’s broadcast competition series that evaluates innovations from India’s brightest young minds, premiered earlier this month on ET Now in India. Quest for Zero, the headlining series of The Power of Shunya, will premiere on August 23 with renowned business journalist, Manvi Dhillon, as a new host in season two.
