Ogilvy Latina joined to celebrate Borderless For Good. This powerful initiative has been developed by the regional people team to impact communities within the region.
"We value the comprehensive development of our people and have launched the Borderless for Good initiative. This year, all our Latam teams had the opportunity to contribute to various community causes, reflecting the positive impact on personal development and strengthening the sense of belonging within Ogilvy. Borderless for Good's mission is to continue promoting our social commitment" said Lorena Pascual, chief people officer of Ogilvy Latina.
The teams from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Miami, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Paraguay, El Salvador, Puerto Rico, and Guatemala, alongside local institutions, effectively carried out impactful activities focused on environmental care, child protection, animal welfare, and blood donation.
"This program's success is thanks to the unwavering support of our teams across the region, and it's even more meaningful when our clients are also involved. The motivation, energy, and vision of each individual contributed to our ability to achieve a very positive impact on the lives of many people" added Horacio Genolet, CEO Ogilvy Latina.
Borderless For Good is a program developed from the DE&I People axis for all of Latin America. "We had a fantastic experience. We are thrilled with the feedback we received from both NGOs and our team members. We are even more excited because we are setting a new milestone in best practices for Latina. Hopefully, BFG will be implemented globally" explained Dolores Whittingslow DE&I Leader Ogilvy Latina.
