Ogilvy Latina recently held its regional meeting and Creative Council. Regional leaders and CEOs of each Latin American market participated in the event.

In addition, global leaders such as Joe Sciarrotta, deputy chief creative officer; Harley Saftler, global director of creative excellence; María O'Keeffe, global chief people officer; David Ford, global chief communications officer; and Stacey Ryan Cornelius, global CFO joined. 

For three days, the team representing 20 markets worked on the main guidelines of the business strategy, the next challenges for this year and the strategy for the region. Regarding the creative session, the top contenders of the creative platforms for 2023 were exposed. And the team celebrated all the achievements made by the agency in 2022 and the big news for this year.

Our ideas have impacted our clients' business. It has become very clear that our differential is our enormous ability to develop creative business solutions, on all platforms. This meeting has been truly enriching for the whole team, and we are very motivated to go for more this year," said Horacio Genolet, CEO of Ogilvy Latina.

"David Ogilvy always said 'We sell or else'; a phrase that guides the spirit of culture in Ogilvy, and that over time we have evolved it. Today we also say, 'We solve or else', because we focus on all our work and ideas solve a specific problem of the business of our clients," he added.

Joe Sciarrotta, deputy chief creative officer of Ogilvy, highlighted the region’s creativity level: "I am proud of the quality of Latin America’s work. Last year we presented outstanding campaigns, and this year we will be presenting in Cannes great multi-platform material, using technology, data, and above all with enormous relevance, ideas that will impact very varied audiences."
