Publicis Groupe has been named by Notino, Europe’s top perfume and cosmetics retailer Notino to handle its media buying and planning across 14 markets in Europe following a media tender. This appointment continues the company’s partnership with Notino which began in 2018.
The appointment will see Publicis Groupe Czech Republic tasked with developing a media strategy for Notino including planning and media space buying on TV as well as other offline and online channels. In close collaboration with the local offices, Publicis Groupe Czech Republic will manage campaigns in 14 countries. In Central & Eastern Europe, this includes the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece, Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia. A dedicated team for the Notino business led by Martin Požárek, business director, Publicis Groupe Czech Republic, to support the needs of this business.

Notino has been working with Publicis Groupe Czech Republic since 2018, and together, they have built a system of data-driven, business-oriented campaigns that support business growth across European markets. In addition, Publicis Groupe is now developing a technical solution for the client to share detailed information about ongoing campaigns to further increase the efficiency of its advertising investments. The bespoke dashboard will contain up-to-date data on campaigns in each country, including subsequent reporting.
