NOMINT for Google Creative Lab and Comic Relief

It was right after the brilliant “Chrome: Super Sync Sports” project, when Google’s Creative Lab approached NOMINT to produce a launch video for the new -super fresh- concept of the first online comedy club, the “Hangout Comedy Club”.

NOMINT’s creative directors Yannis Konstantinidis and Christos Lefakis worked with a dream team of animators and designers to create a spectacular 2D animated world that captures the innovative concept. The result is a beautifully elaborate sequence of fluid transitions and funny scenes, highlighted by the amazing designs of Parra and the music of Beirut!

Google joined forces with Comic Relief and created a clever way to catch some of the top comedic talents from the comfort of your sofa. You just grab a tea or coffee and enjoy the show through Google+ Hangout. You can laugh, cry, or even heckle the comedian through your webcam! At the end of the show, a ‘Laugh-o-meter’ will measure how much you enjoyed the show and calculate an optional donation to Comic Relief.
