Nomad has announced that its very own Serena Rossi has been promoted to their roster of editors.
Beginning her journey with Nomad as an assistant editor, Serena has built a dynamic body of work from ranging from Adidas to La Perla; and from promos to short films. Gaining valuable mentorship by the editors at Nomad, it’s been such a treat to watch her continue to refine her craft while working on recent larger projects for the likes of Alexander McQueen, Tottenham Hotspurs, Aldi, Pantene, and Miller Beer to name a few.
Before finding her love of editing, Serena originally trained as a classical and contemporary dancer, which to this day influences her approach to cuts with a focus on breath, rhythm and movement. Whether the tone of the project is fun and sexy, emotional + narrative-driven, or anything in between – Serena is always able to deliver on a creative brief while bringing her own voice and movement to a story.
From Serena: “I feel so excited to take this next step as an editor; I’m really looking forward to continuing to build relationships, collaborating with amazing creatives and pushing myself with new work”.
Nomad managing director, Liv Lawton, “We’re incredibly proud of Serena’s promotion to editor. Serena has worked incredibly hard building her reel and growing her client base. She’s a fantastic editor with a natural talent for storytelling and she has a very successful career ahead of her”.
