Creative agency, Neverland, today announces the promotion of managing director Josh Harris to the newly created role of CEO. Josh will focus on creative innovation, clients, and people to help drive the evolution of the agency.
In his new role as CEO, Josh will continue to lead the charge on growth of the business and will put a large focus on bringing in a more diverse range of talent to the agency and industry. Josh will partner with co-founders Jon Forsyth and Simon Massey innovating the existing Neverland capability to add value to clients and enable them to focus on driving expansion through the agency’s recently launched franchise business model – Imagine Neverland.
Having served as Neverland’s head of client service for one year, and managing director for the past two years, Josh has played a crucial role in spearheading the agency’s growth and has helped to build strong client relationships across the agency’s portfolio including Rightmove, Entain, Kopparberg, Innocent. Age UK, Which? and recently won account, Parkdean Resorts. In 2023 he was recognised by Campaign as their Account Person of the Year.
Before joining Neverland, Josh’s previous positions included managing partner for British Airways at Ogilvy and partner for Amazon at Joint.
