NA Collective Promotes Kevin Starkes to Partner
NA Collective, a hybrid agency model of creative agency meets production company, has promoted Kevin Starkes to Partner, joining founders Chiara Adin and Aaron Mason on the executive leadership team.
In the new role, Starkes will be responsible for growing NA Collective’s production capabilities and helping to drive the company’s overall vision. He will also resume his duty as Director of Production for the agency leading creative production for their clients including Tommy Hilfiger, Twitter, Sound Cloud and more, to create ‘virally experiential’ activations - a speciality of NA Collective. The model has brought stronger ROI to experiential advertising and helps brands more effectively bring their narratives to life through activations, reaching millions with the use of social media.
Starkes has been a part of the NA Collective team for three of the agency’s four years existence and has played a big role in producing some of the shop’s biggest projects, including the epic TommyXNadal strip tennis event in Bryant Park, which garnered over 111 million impressions within the first hour.
The appointment of Starkes to Partner comes at a time of growth for the agency, as they take on more adventurous projects for brands like Cinnamon Toast Crunch and CoverGirl.
