Mythology, the New York-based creative agency known for its impactful work across branding, advertising, retail, and design—today announced the promotion of creative director Kim Haxton to partner. In her expanded role, Kim will continue to lead the agency's advertising department, reporting to founder Anthony Sperduti.
Since joining Mythology (formerly Partners&Spade) in 2018, Kim has overseen major brand campaigns for industry giants, including Target, Universal, Coca-Cola, and Meta, while helping to establish challenger brands like A24, Harry's, and JUST Egg as category leaders. She has also played an instrumental role in brand creation projects, developing naming, visual identity, packaging, and marketing strategies for emerging brands such as Agua Magica, DSG, Staple Gin, and Mirror.
"Kim has been instrumental in elevating our creative work and shaping our culture over the past six years," said Anthony. "Her promotion reflects not just her creative leadership but also her ability to inspire teams and forge deep partnerships with our clients."
Prior to Mythology, Kim served as creative director at Wieden + Kennedy New York, further building her track record of creating distinctive work for leading consumer brands.
"Our unique team tackles everything from luxury hotel experiences to retail environments—and from entertainment launches to cutting-edge technology products,” said Kim. “As partner, my focus will be on nurturing this multidisciplinary approach and empowering our teams to create even more ambitious, culture-defining work."
