Momentum Canada bolsters its creative team with the appointment of Patrice Pollack as executive creative director, Canada. The new addition follows the recent appointments of Katie Musgrave, senior vice president, business leadership, and Rodrigo Coelho, managing director. This year alone Momentum Canada has added 13 employees that further strengthen the agency’s offering for its client base that includes, Accor, Coca-Cola, Nike, GM and, most recently, Kellogg’s.
Pollack’s creative credentials were validated early on in her career when she won the first Gold at Cannes Young Lions for Canada. Pollack has worked most recently as creative director at FUSE Create, working on Diageo, Air Canada, Johnson & Johnson, Nestlé, Rolex, Air Miles, Prestige, Toronto Pflag, Hilton and Maple Leaf Foods.
Pollack believes the most important thing is a creative balance that triggers an emotional reaction and impacts commerce, as well as the people you get to create with.
Pollack commented: “An agency’s business and culture thrive when the people come first. I am so excited to join the Momentum family and foster a creative mindset with a collaborative spirit."
Managing director Rodrigo Coelho adds: “We were so impressed with Patrice’s approach to leading a creative culture and the edge she brings to the work. Her vision for creative aligns perfectly with our belief that ‘It’s what brands do that matters’ regardless of medium.”
Katie Musgrave, senior vice president business leadership, comments: “Fostering inclusion and belonging is a priority for Momentum, and a passion that Patrice shares with us. We can’t wait to work with her to collaborate on our cultural initiatives.”
Momentum Canada’s leadership has strengthened to align with the modern social landscape; the trio on the leadership team brings deep business, strategy, creative, tech and operations knowledge to a shared decision-making forum.
