To Mark 100 years of Mitsubishi, they tracked down groups of Japanese people who have kept to their ethos as long and as steadfastly as the Japanese automaker has done. 

In this documentary campaign, light is being shed on the philosophy of kaizen by visiting four centenarians who are still practicing and refining their craft to this day. , Japan's first Female Photojournalist, candy makers, kendo martial art legends and a classic painter. 

So what is Mitusbishi's secret of longevity? We think they're on to something.
