Media by Mother's founding ethos from its 2021 launch remains the same nearly four years later: Transparency. Having achieved its five-year growth goals ahead of forecast last summer, the indie media agency is focused on becoming the blueprint of a contemporary, objective media agency. Tim Haarmann will be instrumental in this evolution. He has been appointed managing director, New York and will also remain head of integration.
Based in New York, Tim will continue to lead Media by Mother’s strategic approach for its clients, ensuring brand growth through the effective and efficient distribution of creativity. In his nearly two years at the agency, Tim has contributed to the growth of clients, including Amica Insurance, GoPuff, and PREMIER Bankcard.

Before Media by Mother, Tim was the EVP, integrated client lead for Enterprise Holdings, Inc. (EHI) at Dentsu International, and led a team of over 130 people for EHI’s Enterprise, National, and Alamo car rental brands.
