Long time marketing industry mainstay Ross MacRae has teamed up with agency sales expert Colleen D’Amico and client-side specialist Chuck Silverman to launch Agency Source, a business development platform specifically tailored for advertising agencies and production companies. Built on 100 years of cumulative experience across the founding team, the technologically advanced platform augments an agency’s existing CRM to help users connect with creative partners and future clients, all in one place.
Designed to integrate with existing CRM systems, Agency Source enables users to locate critical brand contacts, from CMOs to creative directors, while navigating agency networks and production talent pools with unprecedented ease. The platform's search capabilities make it easy to customize queries by location, industry, and commercial vertical, giving users a level of precision and speed that other services simply cannot match.
For agency production needs, users can find the best talent for their projects, including freelance producers, directors, and reps, all searchable by genre and experience. Production companies can similarly search for agency managers and marketing contacts, as well as identify which agencies work with specific brands and industries.

After his industry start as a graphic designer art director, Ross launched and led multiple successful ventures, including the creative web design consultancy MacRae Osdin and creative marketing list resource BikiniLists. Having previously worked in advertising agencies, design companies, and commercial TV - and after establishing his web development consultancy in the '90s - Ross has a deep understanding of the creative industry and sales and marketing. His business partner, Colleen D’Amico, spent over 25 years as a platform director of sales in the industry, managing daily sales for agencies and production. She has developed, nurtured, and retained some of the biggest and best names in the industry - some of whom have been with her since day one - entrusting her data knowledge of the ‘who’s where’, and ‘who’s creating what with whom’, in the industry. Chuck Silverman began his career at BBDO before pivoting into producer and account executive for several years. A long time rep, his firm Chuck Reps worked with established companies across advertising and production.
