Michael Lee, Former Executive Creative Director at Euro RSCG, is launching a new offering in the world of client and agency relationship today.
‘Madam’ will be helmed by the English-born 25-year-old veteran of the advertising and marketing business. He believs that his new business venture is a response to a need for change in the agency search process.
"I've been focused on new business over the past decade,” said Lee. “Everything in our industry is changing rapidly, and everyone is re-inventing themselves—apart from the agency search business. Clients know that creativity is the driver of business--so it made sense to start there. Making that our centre point, we are bringing creativity, humanity and modernity to the search process.”
Madam is opening with three specific services: Madam’s Search, The Madam Report, and Madam’s Little Red Book, and some venerated Advisors.
Madam’s Search, is designed to be robust enough for AOR and nimble enough for the increasing amount of project work from clients. We will be seeking insights into a client’s culture, business issues and ambitions, then help them articulate those objectives into focused agency briefs. For agencies we are moving the process from the box-ticking, capabilities exercise no one enjoys, to one that really captures their culture, skills and strategies.
The Madam Report, a custom created trend report, is available at any time, irrespective of search: from a look at surprising and fresh work in a specific category or audience, to new industry developments, to new breeds of talent developing.
Madam’s Little Red Book makes use of its relationship to agencies by creating a database of their availabilities to take on projects and assignments. All created to give both agencies and clients, a refreshed, renewed means of finding the perfect partner in creating success.
