Mad Stars: Regular Fees Begin. Enter before the Late Fee Kicks In

The early bird discount for entries into MAD STARS 2024 has ended. Regular fees, which range from US$200 to $250, run until May 31. Now is the time to enter big, brave, and bold ideas into the global awards before the late fee kicks in
Paid entry for the Professional division began this year, continuing the evolution of MAD STARS to reflect its breadth across the entire marketing industry. This was a carefully considered move to take the quality and prestige of MAD STARS to the next level for recipients of its awards and lay the foundations for discovering and applauding top-quality creative solutions from around the world.

The Professional division will undergo a rigorous judging process consisting of four rounds: one preliminary round and three final rounds (one online and two offline). Culminating from these stringent rounds of judging, winners are determined for each category: Grand Prix, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Crystal. Additionally, two Grand Prix of the Year will be selected from among the Grand Prix winners - one from the P&S Grand Prix winners and one from the PSA Grand Prix winners. Winners in the General Public division are determined solely through preliminary judging.

Almost this year’s MAD STARS has also expanded its Special Awards, adding Holding Company of the Year, awarded based on points earned. This category evaluates a holding company's entire network (including its agencies) and is determined by aggregating the scores of all winning entries. It will be an opportunity to reward both the winning agency and the holding company to which it belongs.

MAD STARS is a marketing, advertising, and digital content festival and awards that combines creativity with cutting-edge technology. It is the only global festival based in Asia and is held annually in South Korea.

MAD STARS 2024 Festival will take place this year in Busan, South Korea, from August 21 to 23, under the theme, ‘AIM, Aim Marketing Success with AI’. A highlight of this year’s festival will be the range of insights and successful marketing cases that have used AI technologies in ground-breaking ways, and explorations of the possibilities, now and in the future, in the metaverse and AIGC. Meanwhile, with over 100 days to go before the event, MAD STARS is accelerating the promotion of its entries by releasing an online promotional video created using Generative AI with an expertise contribution from 'BlueFocus', China's largest media advertising group.
