Lucky Generals Promotes Nik Upton and Tom Howes

Lucky Generals is promoting Nik Upton to Group COO and Tom Howes to UK COO following its recent expansion into the US. The creative agency opened the doors to its New York office earlier this month. 

Upton will now predominantly focus on growing the US operation while Howes will be tasked with running the UK agency, which has grown to 70-plus people following the recent wins of Celebrity Cruises and Co-Op. 

Upton, who joined Lucky Generals in 2015, was previously at Mother for almost a decade before moving to Joint where he was one of the founding partners.  

Howes, who has been with Lucky Generals from close to the beginning, previously worked at Mother, W+K and DDB. Prior to his promotion, he was working as client partner, running multiple pieces of business, including Amazon, for the past four years.
