Holm-Glad lends his versatile skillset to the Logan & Sons team

Logan & Sons, the live-action division of bicoastal content creation studio LOGAN, signs internationally renowned director Christian Alexander Holm-Glad to the their roster of talented filmmakers. A visionary storyteller, Holm-Glad lends his versatile skillset to the Logan & Sons team and will focus on commercials, television series, feature films, and music videos.

Holm-Glad is perhaps best known for directing “Not Alone” for multi-award winning UK artist Calvin Harris and Madcon’s “Beggin” which was number one in several European countries. He first broke into the music video scene in 2012 lensing New York Festival Shortlist selection “Rhapsody” for the Norway-based Stavanger Symphony Orchestra. He also directed a ten episode math entertainment series “Siffer (Numbers)” which peaked with a 46 percent market share on Sunday prime time and “Chasing the Worlds Largest Number” a fascinating documentary exploring numbers and nature.

“We are excited to be the first company to introduce Christian to the US market,” notes LOGAN Founder and Managing Partner Alexei Tylevich. “He brings a unique sensibility and a very distinct way to see the world to our roster.”

Holm-Glad was an original founder of independent studio Bulldozer Films. Following, he was on the roster at Teddy TV and after, he signed with Bacon for commercial work in Scandinavia. Recent projects of note include: Sushi & Nuclear an American Documentary Film Festival selection following blogger and nuclear physicist Sunniva Rose on her journey in Japan, “Driving Safely Home for Christmas” a heartwarming PSA for Norwegian Road Public Administration, and Not All Men Are Men, Holm-Glad’s favorite film of 2014 that explored issues of violence against women.

Outside of the commercial space, Holm-Glad co-founded Long Life Shorts a private initiative to prevent drowning among children in the developing country of Gambia. He also co-founded popular online editing tool WeVideo.

Logan & Sons signs Holm-Glad after a series of highly successful projects including “Blackout” for Castrol, “Recoil 2” starring B.J. “Ballistic” Baldwin, and “Gymkhana SEVEN” the latest installation of the hit viral series.
