Lindsay brings 'unconstrained ideas forever' alive through client business leadership

As the promise of talent hoarding continues, following the addition of partner and CCO, Christina Yu, and CCO, Derek Blais, Lifelong Crush today announced that Lindsay Day joins the team as VP business director. Her mandate is to lead the client business practice at the agency.

Lindsay has a successful history working in partnership with CCO, Christina Yu, together running Prime Video global. She comes to Lifelong Crush from The Hard Work Club and brings experience from a variety of agencies like Havas and John St. where she worked with a diverse roster of clients such as Loblaws, Boston Pizza, TJX, and Merck. Having navigated her career through both independent shops and large agency networks in both Canada and the US, Lindsay draws on a wealth of experience that informs her signature style.

“We are thrilled to welcome Lindsay to Lifelong Crush where she will head up our client business team. Lindsay harnesses her exceptional business acumen to go deep with her clients from a marketing strategy standpoint, all in service of marketing effectiveness. We believe this is the approach that clients are benefiting from today as it relates to agency partnerships. They are seeking partners who are equally as obsessed with business results as they are – and that’s Lindsay” says EVP, managing director, Caroline Kilgour. “While still very much in service of the client experience and unleashing powerful creative, Lindsay measures her teams’ success by KPIs associated with business impact” says Caroline.

“For me, leading the client business team at Lifelong Crush was the perfect next step and really a dream role”, reports Lindsay Day. “The opportunity to work with a group that moves at the speed of culture to build business and sees around the corner to what marketers need in 2023 and beyond, is really exciting. Being reunited with one of the best creatives in the country, we’re motivated to bring non-traditional solutions to client’s business problems, unbeholden to antiquated agency process that over-complicates and slows down progress. The crush is very real and we’re just getting started”, adds Lindsay.
