Making decisions on the ground

As the country’s largest independent brand experience agency, lg2 is supported by a group of owner-operator-experts who work alongside lg2’s talent. The lg2 partnership model is designed to make ownership and profit-sharing available to all, regardless of seniority. This continuous cycle of entrepreneurs steering the company is driven by three levels of partnership:

1- participatory (now with 10 people sharing in the company’s profits),

2- local equity, and

3- global equity (with 26 people owning shares in the company).

Alongside the appointment of these two new company shareholders, three additional talents have become equity partners in Montreal, increasing the total number to 36.
