Steve Owens, LEAP CEO said: “I’m delighted that MJ has rejoined us. She combines a mature new business approach with strong sales and client service instincts, along with an incredible knowledge of the very latest creative production techniques and channel delivery technologies. I have no doubt she’ll be a huge asset to LEAP's growth ambitions as well as a fun and energetic returning member of the LEAP family.”
Carl has worked across the content and creative industries for 25 years. Starting out in magazine publishing, he edited titles at IPC Media and Time for 15 years before moving into marketing and communications within the luxury sector, working across brand strategy, film, digital comms and bespoke print. With experience of client and agency culture, Carl brings knowledge from both sides of the creative discussion and will help LEAP strengthen the bridge between LEAP's own commercial and creative teams, developing LEAP's content strategy and ensuring we best execute the briefs and discussions we are engaged with.
Carl said: “I’m incredibly excited to be joining LEAP. I value the same ideals of creative collaboration that I first learnt in the publishing world and greatly look forward to working with the exceptionally talented team here in developing LEAP’s strategy and continued success.”
Steve Owens said: “From the moment I met Carl, I was convinced that he was the creative I had been looking for to lead up LEAP's content creation services here in London. He brings real-world experience and a genuine passion for creativity and craft. This allows him to think strategically whilst delivering ideas that can be executed on a practical level and seamlessly amplified in a cost-effective manner through the extensive range of creative services capabilities here at LEAP. I’m sure he’ll be a huge hit with clients and colleagues alike!”
