Cartoon Network has always been an inspiration for children all over the world. Specially for those 90’s kids who would grow up to create their own animations.
Now, as part of their 25th anniversary celebrations in LATAM, Le Cube presents their latest collaboration with the channel, a film they’ve cooked up specially for this awesome occasion.
Writer and producer at Cartoon Network, Maria Layus says that the film is like a birthday party and, like kids celebrating, the channel’s been creating amazing stories for 25 years and is still going strong. She adds that “we chose Le Cube because they bring such happiness and energy to the piece. Their work is artistic and emotional, but also takes you on a trip, like the journey we take together all these years”.
"Achieving the feeling of abundance was one of the objectives of the piece”, explains the film’s director Gabriel H. Fermanelli. “I want people to finish watching and think WOW, so many things happened in this time".
To reach that effect, the film creates an explosive and exciting vibe where both classic and new characters party together on this important moment for the channel’s ongoing story.
Ralph Karam, creative director at Le Cube, says “the team’s biggest challenge here was creating something that would fit into Cartoon’s universe, while still retaining a sense of special, of the excitement that embodies a mix of the studio’s dynamic animation techniques and the channel’s unique path during this two and a half decades.”
