Le Cube, the leading design and animation studio renowned for its innovative projects, is proud to announce its latest collaboration with Coca-Cola, alongside AKQA Bloom, Landia, and an extensive line up of graphic artists. This collaborative effort showcases the beauty and sustainability of returnable bottles through an innovative multi-styled animation film.
Drawing upon years of experience and relationships with some of the world's most esteemed graphic artists, Le Cube has curated a dynamic collaboration featuring a diverse line up of talents from across the globe. From cutting-edge 3D to traditional 2D and Claymation stop-motion, this animation is a testament to Le Cube's expertise in bringing together top-tier talent for a truly unique project.
“Collaboration is one of the central cores of our studio philosophy, and this commitment has enabled us to assemble an extraordinary roster of artists, many for the first time together on the same project," said Ralph Karam, Le Cube's founder and creative director.
“Being able to book so many incredible artists for the same project to do exactly what they love and enjoy and witnessing the synergy among them was unprecedented and, above all, very playful,” added Mercedes Serrano, Le Cube’s line producer.
One of the team's main challenges was seamlessly integrating numerous distinct animation styles into a single cohesive piece, ensuring fluid transitions between each style.
“Just as assembling a jigsaw puzzle, each piece of artwork was meticulously planned to fit into the animation, identifying key points where transitions between styles could occur smoothly. Additionally, extensive communication between the team ensured consistency in style and a fluid flow throughout the piece. It was beautiful to see so many talents working together!” said Ralph Karam.
With a commitment to pushing the boundaries of creativity, Le Cube continues redefining what's possible in animation and collaborative partnerships.
Collaboration and curatorship have long been integral to Le Cube's ethos, a commitment that has been further amplified by the establishment of Silk Gallery, Le Cube's art space located in Madrid. Silk Gallery serves as a platform to bridge the gap between graphic artists and the wider art community, fostering connections and showcasing the diverse talents within Le Cube's network. Previously, Silk has hosted exhibitions featuring the works of Bernardo Henning, Oddis, and Andrea Devia-Nuño - all of whom contribute to the Coca-Cola project.
