As a timely reminder to people all over the country that their shopping centres, such as Bluewater and Trinity Leeds, are the ideal place to do your Christmas present shopping, Landsec and Snap London have created a campaign that shows how to ‘leave people speechless this Christmas’.
Whilst most Christmas ads ignore reality, this campaign acknowledges that Christmas family dos aren’t always mistletoe and magic.
Oliver Lewis-Barclay, managing partner at Snap said, ‘Truth is – although we love them dearly, at Christmas we're often stuck with extended family, listening to dodgy opinions and inane chat with nowhere to escape. We’re just reminding people that buying people lovely gifts from Landsec’s many shopping centres and outlets is a great way to ‘leave them speechless’.’
Written by Snap London creative director, Liam Wilson, and directed by Outsider’s Chris Balmond, the ad uses affectionate, observational humour to shine a light on the relatable characters of a family Christmas.
The spot will hit screens on the 10th November and will be running across TV, VOD, YouTube and socials.
