Kitchen Appoints Growth Director in Newly Created Role

Independent creative agency, Kitchen has appointed Victoria Sinclair as their first ever growth director.

Victoria joins from independent creative agency, Atomic where she was head of new business and marketing.

Reporting to founders, Tim Clyde and Ed Chilcott, she will be responsible for raising the agency’s profile creatively and strategically and growing its client base.

Ed said, “We’ve known Vic since her days at Oystercatchers where we saw first hand how superbly she handled agencies and clients alike. Her understanding of both make her the perfect addition to the Kitchen family at an exciting time for the agency."

Victoria formerly held growth and marketing roles at Iris and Cheil as well as spending ten years at Oystercatchers where she was employee number one.
