Full-service production company Joy Films is thrilled to announce its expansion into Saudi Arabia and Canada. With offices already set up in the UK, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi, the move marks a significant milestone for Joy as it seeks to solidify its position as a global player in the production industry and better serve its clientele worldwide.
The decision to open offices in Saudi Arabia and Canada comes as a result of the production company’s commitment to meeting the diverse needs of its growing client base. With established relationships in Saudi Arabia, the new office will enable Joy to provide localised services, including mainstream commercial production, a team dedicated to AI services, and tailored online content solutions. Furthermore, the company will maintain seamless collaboration with production teams across different regions, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.
In Canada, Joy identified a prime opportunity to leverage the country's geographic versatility, film-friendly environment, and expand its reach into the western hemisphere. Overseen by head of production, Nima Safari, the new office in Canada will serve as a strategic hub for accessing new markets and opportunities.
Ali Azarmi, managing partner at Joy Films, speaks on the exciting expansion, “While we are yet to get a coffee machine for our office in Saudi Arabia, we have already completed projects there prior to establishing our base, so we're already acclimatised. Canada will be a completely fresh start, but we're excited by the prospect of boundless opportunities in both regions. Having offices worldwide isn't crucial for global reach, but specific locations offer strategic advantages through physical presence.”
