New England furniture retailer partners with MullenLowe to evolve brand for future

Jordan's Furniture, furniture retailer in New England, has selected MullenLowe U.S. as its first-ever creative agency of record following an extensive agency review. This new partnership aims to accelerate the beloved Jordan's Furniture brand.

With nearly 100 years of history in New England, Jordan's Furniture has become an integral part of the region's culture and community. Under the leadership of Barry and Eliot Tatelman, the company pioneered 'shoppertainment' and created memorable TV and radio ads that have become ingrained in local pop culture. With nothing else like them in the category, they’ve grown to become one of the largest furniture retailers in the Northeast with a reputation for exceptional customer service and a deep commitment to community outreach. As they look to the future, they sought a like-minded partner to help evolve their legacy brand, infusing it with fresh creativity and relevance that would resonate with a new generation of customers.

The agency was appointed AOR for its ability to push the boundaries of creativity and reimagine how brands can be a part of culture.
