IMPACT BBDO Wins Best of Show and Best of Region at the ANDY's 2025

Agency continues best performance in Middle East for third year in a row

At the 2025 ANDY's Advertising Festival held at Sony Hall in New York, IMPACT BBDO won Best of Show in Social Good for the ‘Child Wedding Cards’ campaign made in collaboration with UN Women.

Additionally, the agency picked up a Gold for the same campaign, and three Golds for AnNahar Newspaper’s ‘The New President.’ One of those Golds is notably for Bravery, an award that AnNahar has now picked up three years in a row at the ANDY's. ‘The New President’ was also named Best of Region for SWANA.

For over 60 years, The ANDYs have stood as one of the most sought-after awards for creative excellence in advertising. This prestigious award is renowned as a predictor of the industry’s best, honouring the craft, innovation, and bravery that propel the industry forward.

The ANDYs are an idea-based show accepting work in all mediums which can be judged through lenses including Craft, Reset/Innovation, and Bravery. The nature of their model creates an equal playing field.

Commenting on the wins, Ali Rez, chief creative officer IMPACT BBDO, said, “The ANDY's set one of the highest standards of excellence in the business. The competition is incredibly tough, and the winning list from around the world is truly the best of the best. We are honoured to be featured amongst the winners.”

IMPACT BBDO is the only agency from the Middle East to have won the Best of Show at the ANDY's – this is their second one, previously winning for Bravery in 2022.

As the first show of the season, they set the tone, inspiring brands and agencies to challenge conventions. Canadian-based agency Courage was named Best New Agency and Smuggler as Production Company of the Year. Rethink is the Independent Agency of the Year for the second time in a row. In addition, Omnicom secured Holding Company Network of the Year, with BBDO, DDB, Publicis Groupe evenly tied for Network of the Year.
