How Le Polish Bureau Developed Salesforce's Latest Dreamforce ’22 Project
As a technology company, Le Polish Bureau are always on the lookout for innovative solutions to help its clients create memorable events. When long-term partner, GPJ approached the team with a request to create an interactive installation for Salesforce Dreamforce ‘22, Le Polish Bureau knew it was an opportunity to showcase its latest event software solution, Event5.
The challenge was to create an interactive installation that would engage visitors and collect data on IT security practices in companies attending the event. With a challenging timeline and several technical unknowns, we knew we had to come up with a solution that would deliver on time and within budget.
Event5 is a solution that uses web technologies to create event software, reducing production costs while maintaining record production times. With Event5, we were able to de-risk on-site unknowns and provide a solution that required only a web browser for hardware compatibility. Our solution was designed to be deployed on-the-fly, eliminating the need for native apps to be installed on event devices. This also meant that remote testing and reviews were possible, leading to a smoother production workflow between us and our clients.
To make the installation engaging and fun to use, we used our creativity to design a questionnaire that was easy to answer and visually appealing. Our team of experts created a bespoke design and animation that led users through a series of questions, making the experience interactive and memorable.
The questionnaire collected valuable data on IT security practices in companies that attended the event. Thanks to our approach, the data insights were made available to the client instantly, providing invaluable insights into the industry.
