Hero Collective Hires Former McCann Worldgroup Comms Director Victoria Park

Victoria Park, agency comms expert formerly of McCann Worldgroup, has joined Hero Collective to lead communications for the black-owned marketing company. The hire comes as the fastest growing black-owned agency continues to diversify its offerings, such as the recent launch of Hero Media, a media agency dedicated to greater parity in the investment in diverse-owned media platforms and for diverse creators.

Victoria will manage the internal and external brand communications efforts for Hero Collective. In 2019 she joined McCann Worldgroup as a communications manager. There, she led media relations on creative work, developed and executed the network-wide social media strategy, and helped the team garner top recognition from industry trades through award submissions, eventually being elevated to communications director. Before joining McCann Worldgroup and the advertising industry, Park served as a press staffer in the United States Senate.
