Today, as part of its continued transformation focused on increasing client-value through innovation, Havas Media Network (HMN) announces Joy Allen-Altimare as its new chief revenue officer in North America, overseeing the agency’s client experience, growth, and Multicultural teams. Joy will report directly to HMN North America CEO Greg Walsh and serve on the North American executive leadership team.
Joy’s appointment comes at a critical time for marketers as consumer expectations are rapidly changing. As noted in the Havas 2023 Global Meaningful Brands report, 71% of consumers believe that companies/brands should be doing more to improve and support their health and well-being, a fundamental shift of how customer’s view their relationship with brands. Joy, who most recently served as the chief marketing officer at Kindbody, brings a unique point of view for HMN’s clients to navigate these changing expectations, pulling from more than two decades of marketing experience across multiple brands and industries.
The addition of Joy, and the consolidation of HMN’s client experience, Growth, and Multicultural teams under her purview, is HMN’s latest transformation aimed at finding better ways of working to help clients grow their business. In April the agency purchased a majority-stake in Noise Digital, a Vancouver-based digital agency and data consultancy, in an effort to expand its digital performance and data technology capabilities. And in May, HMN North America created the industry’s first Activation team by bringing its Data, Analytics & Martech, and Media Investment disciplines in North America into one collaborative and integrated team aimed at holistically infusing data & technology into the agency’s proprietary Mx planning, communications, and measurement approach.

Joy has become an expert adviser to organizations looking to tackle growth, innovation, and technology challenges. Prior to joining Kindbody, she was chief revenue officer for EHE Health, and earlier in her career she worked with leading agencies such as Ogilvy+Mather, GREY, and Publicis on preeminent brands like AMEX, L’Oreal and Verizon.
