Addition of Natalia marks the growing network's first personnel hire at the global level

GUT has announced the appointment of Natalia Schultz as its first-ever global chief people officer signalling the company’s further commitment to being people-first, as it continues to grow.

"We prioritise in this order: People First, Work Second, Clients third,” said Anselmo Ramos, founder and creative chairman of GUT.  “Because we believe that when our people are happy, motivated, and nurtured, they do great work. And when they do great work, our clients are happy. And our brave clients know that."

With over two decades of experience creating and driving talent-first agendas at some of the world's largest and most influential advertising and marketing networks - including Grey Worldwide, Saatchi & Saatchi, Publicis Groupe, DDB, and most recently as chief talent officer at McCann Worldgroup - Natalia brings a wealth of expertise in building high-performing teams and fostering strong workplace cultures that nurture creative and commercial excellence.

Natalia will play a pivotal role in ensuring GUT's growing team of world-class talent reaches its full potential. She will report directly to global chief executive officer Andrea Diquez.

"GUT has always been a people-first agency, and as we grow, we need a leader who can elevate our talent while preserving our incredible culture," said Andrea Diquez, global CEO of GUT. "There is no one better in the industry than Natalia. She understands that our people are our greatest asset. Her passion for creativity and proven track record for talent development make her the ideal leader to take our network to the next level."

Natalia has built a career at the intersection of creativity, leadership, and organisational transformation. She has guided senior leaders in cultivating high-performing teams, enhancing leadership behaviours, and driving organisational effectiveness. At GUT, she will strengthen the company's dynamic, diverse, and creative culture while ensuring employees feel empowered and valued.

"GUT stands out as a beacon for creativity and culture in our industry," said Natalia Schultz, global chief people officer of GUT. "I've always believed that when you create the conditions for people to thrive, there's no limit to what they can achieve. GUT has built something truly special. I couldn't be more excited to partner closely with leadership to champion the exceptional people who make up this vibrant and innovative creative network."

In this newly created role, Natalia will partner closely with the leadership team to scale the company's talent practices globally - embedding inclusion, leadership development, and culture-building as core drivers of GUT's future growth.
