The three comedic spots focus on super quick burglary claims

 

The latest TVC campaign for Allianz Indonesia highlights the ease of claims for homeowners under the Allianz Rumahku+ home insurance coverage, guaranteeing faster and easier claims than any other insurance company. 
 
The three commercials, which feature the burglary of a safe in a bedroom, the theft of a car from a family garage and the stealing of a television set from a living room, are realistic situations which homeowners can relate to. They are portrayed with a humorous touch to aid top of mind brand recall with the target audience.  
 
In each theft situation, viewers are able to see the efficiency of the Allianz team. They appear almost instantaneously and in some cases arrive on the scene while the burglars are still at the crime scene to immediately replace the stolen goods. The homeowners appear to remain oblivious of the theft.

Randy Rinaldi, Creative Director of Grey Jakarta, explained the idea and rationale behind the TVC campaign: “The product was home insurance from Allianz Indonesia, and its advantage is that it offers the fastest claims compared to its competitors. Following the tagline, ‘home insurance made easy’, we decided to literally bring the communication closer to home.
 
Burglary is common and a real threat that homeowners face.  We didn’t want to put out a run-of-the-mill home break-in insurance commercial.  In the three scenarios where theft is taking place we cut out the exchange of dialogue and let the actions speak louder.”
 
Rinaldi also explained that the idea of ‘what goes around, comes around’ was played with when producing the campaign: “As shown by the quick replacement of the stolen goods, homeowners get the message of how Allianz guarantees faster and easier claims than any other insurance company in a straight forward and light-hearted manner.”
