Grabarz & Partner continues to invest in AI. Because for the Hamburg-based creative agency, artificial intelligence is not tied to a single discipline; all areas of the company are already benefiting from new possibilities, and will continue to do so to an increasing extent in the future. That is why the internal AI implementation has been running holistically and for all employees of the agency since the beginning of the year. Three AI specialists from different disciplines now complement the commitment.
Grabarz & Partner started this year with a core team of 15 employees to train the entire agency on the possibilities of AI in general and on different programs in particular. For Grabarz & Partner it is clear that AI offers a huge potential for all departments and disciplines and is therefore of highest relevance. Accordingly, all employees should be familiar with the possibilities that are made possible by the most diverse AI applications today and in the future. Not only in obvious disciplines such as creation, but also, for example, in strategy or production.
In recent months, weekly inter-agency training sessions known as AI Gyms have already been held. Employees were coached at two levels (basic and advanced knowledge) - a commitment that will be continued on an ongoing basis. In addition to the training sessions, the latest developments regarding programs, prompts, but also the legal situation were and are presented weekly, also for everyone. All of this to always stay on top of the rapid technological development.
At the same time, client demands are growing and with them concrete requirements - numerous inquiries, projects and tasks have already been and are being realized for agency clients with the help of AI. Accordingly, Grabarz & Partner is now investing in additional specialists from a wide range of disciplines who design and implement projects at the highest level. All of them come from their own staff.
So it is Oliver Heidorn, who has worked for the agency for years as a Creative Technologist and part of the Grabarz JMP Space, who now takes on the AI lead. In this position, he also leads the core team and continues to promote knowledge transfer to the overall agency. In addition, he also designs and develops client projects. Paul Bayerlein is part of the in-house Creative Production team and is given the title addition of AI concepter. He will now increasingly apply his AI expertise to the conception of processes, which is largely in the area of content creation. Deniz Dogan is a skilled Art Director and will now be exclusively involved in the design of the creative product through AI programs as an AI artist.
"Our agency promise is Creating emotional Impact. And for us, this applies at all levels, in all disciplines - to everything we produce and do. Artificial Intelligence will make us better at delivering on this promise. That's why it's a given for us to train and develop the entire agency in this area. And I'm particularly happy that with the three of them we are now taking another big step and further expanding our competencies. Because AI is here to stay and will only be as emotional as it is prompted," says Bastian Goldschmidt, managing director Strategy at Grabarz & Partner.
On the first now newly defined and staffed specialist positions, others will follow in the course of the year.
