Getting Randy in the Jungle

Ravi Beehary and Andy Mancuso make up the two parts of a creative team who are nothing short of a pleasure to be around. They have this infectious energy that sets you at ease and is sure to make you chuckle. Put them in a room with Jungle’s own senior sound designer, and all-round 11/10 human, Ben Leeves, and well, you have this podcast.

Decades of experience haven’t marred them. In fact, they speak about the work with the same glimmering eyes you might expect from an industry novice. It’s been 24 years since the Londoners bonded over football, and they’ve been doing so ever since. They’ve called upon Ben’s expertise a fair bit throughout the years, at Jungle Studios, where they seem to come for the sound design and stay for the chat. 

In this conversation, expect lots of turns and bends, buckets of energy, advice on dealing with professional heartbreak, why you should flirt with your ideas but never marry them, measuring creativity, and a bit of free therapy.
