WPP’s End-to-End Creative Commerce agency, Geometry is pleased to announce the appointment of Arnicia Arrington as the new North America chief people officer. The agency will partner with Arnicia as they continue to build momentum in the region from their streak of recent wins and evolved commerce offering, on keeping people at the heart of everything they do. Arnicia has unique experience and an inspirational history of putting employee needs at the heart of companies’ decisions, attracting world-class talent, and building irresistibly creative cultures. She will report directly into CEO Tyler Murray and will be based in New York.

Arnicia joins Geometry with more than 25 years of experience in human resources. With a track record of promoting an all-inclusive culture which leverages each individual’s talent and cultivating a high-performance environment including a focus on profitability, growth and talent engagement. She has a passion for disrupting the media industry with diversity, goal attainment, and superior workforce optimization. Most recently, she joins Geometry from within the WPP family, serving as Senior Partner, People, Operations & Performance at MediaCom. Previous to that, she oversaw HR at REVOLT Media & TV where she partnered with Sean “Diddy” Combs and his leadership team on aligning people strategy with business needs. Prior to REVOLT, she worked at BET/Viacom where she was Sr. Director, overseeing HR for the DC and California offices.
