If you’re an athlete, you have dreams, whether you’re a professional or just starting out.
Dreams aren’t just for pros. Amateurs also dream of trophies, records and sporting feats. And to reach those, they have to sweat for them.
That’s why in this campaign, Gatorade invites everyone to dream big, and to stay hydrated with Gatorade’s electrolytes to sweat for their sports dreams, until they make them come true.
Nico Pérez Veiga from Primo was the architect behind this world of fantasy and amateur dreams.
Representing the company, Gonzalo Chigó, marketing director for Gatorade Latin America, and Álvaro Ascenzo, the brand’s regional marketing manager, stated, “The idea was to develop a campaign to show that amateur athletes also have dreams, continuing with the plan to connect the brand with all kinds of sportspeople. Because dreams might be different, but the way to achieve them is always the same: sweating. And there’s no better to encourage and support them than keeping them hydrated with Gatorade.”
“Amateur dreams contain far more nuances than professional ones. It’s not just about finishing first or breaking a record; dreams range from getting fit to scoring a goal from outside the box. We all dream of something different and we thought there was something interesting in that diversity”, said Celeste Dalairac, Matias Eusebi and Julián Tachella.
