FUSE Create, an independent agency based in Toronto, launched the 'Mount Sinai 100' campaign to celebrate 100 years of Mount Sinai Hospital. The creative AOR uses the 30 second video spot to simultaneously look back at the last 100 years of the hospital, a place of trailblazing medical care, while looking forward to what the next generation of patients can expect from the world class hospital.
In November 2022, FUSE Create launched the “See What WE Can Do” campaign that gave a face to the ‘care’ the Sinai Health Foundation provided, spotlighting the human interactions and moments that are all a part of treating complex medical issues. This is the second campaign in partnership with Sinai Health Foundation, but this time it shows how Mount Sinai Hospital was able to flourish because of the community support it received, and in order to continue its trailblazing world-class care, the legacy of philanthropy needs to continue.
“We’re proud to have played a part in commemorating Mount Sinai Hospital's remarkable 100-year journey,” says Steve Miller, ECD at FUSE Create. “Through this work, we pay tribute to the organization’s enduring commitment to healthcare excellence and look forward to a future filled with even more innovation and impact – it truly does only take a nickel to help make a change.”
The digital campaign living on connected TV, social media, and digital ads, will highlight Mount Sinai’s historical journey from its humble beginnings on Yorkville Avenue to its current location on University Avenue that was built on the values of inclusivity, innovation, and generosity. The aim of the creative is for consumers to learn about the rich history of the hospital, along with directing people to support the next 100 years of care and discovery by making a one-time or monthly donation.
“The first 100 years of Mount Sinai Hospital were incredible. We grew exponentially, from our humble beginnings to being the world-class and internationally renowned institution we are today. We were built by, and for, our community and we’re deeply grateful for what their support has enabled, “said Louis de Melo, President & Chief Executive Officer, Sinai Health Foundation. “But the reality is that we are just getting started. We have ambitious plans for our next 100 years, and all that we want to do. None of it will be possible without our community, and we look forward to continuing our legacy of excellence with Sinai Health’s supporters, and friends.”
