Friday Tunes: Chicago’s Birthday Collabo-Celebration

Leo Burnett’s Director of Music Chris Clark and Senior Music Producer Jocelyn Brown celebrate the 179th birthday of the great American music city Chicago with a collaborative playlist of gems from Chicago’s finest artists.  

This collective list of musicians define Chicago music in their own individual ways, but each captures the hard working collaborative spirit of a town that knows how to get up when you're down. Each artist was either born in Chicago and stayed for a lengthy period, or moved there and recorded a significant bit of their famous works in the city by the lake.  Sit back and strap it down for this session of soulful ingenuity straight from the Chi!
