Experiential agency, Freeman EMEA, is tapping into the next generation of design talent with the launch of creative talent initiative, UNBOUNDED.
UNBOUNDED sees Freeman EMEA partner with local schools and colleges to light their creative spark, leading inspiration and education talks and engaging with student creators. In addition, Freeman EMEA will be showcasing emerging talent across elements of experience design: materials, space and technology. Stand out creatives will then be integrated into the Freeman EMEA design process for current client projects.
Across 2024, UNBOUNDED will connect with student creators and emerging design collectives by providing constructive feedback and design crits to develop their portfolios. As part of London Design Festival and other European design weeks, it will also showcase up-and-coming talent across the industry to platform the unique voices of emerging creatives.
Mentorship is an important element of UNBOUNDED, aiming to inspire, educate, and guide individuals at every stage of their careers. Freeman EMEA’s teams are being supported in becoming effective mentors to programme participants, being offered learning and development opportunities, coaching, and the space and structure to mentor during work hours.
Freeman EMEA has an overarching commitment to create 'positive impact through moments that matter.' The agency believes UNBOUNDED will evolve into a meaningful initiative that departs from traditional creativity in the events industry, as mentorship, education, and inspiration converge to foster progression and change. Trin Basra, VP executive creative director, explains UNBOUNDED can be “an inspiration catalyst for purpose-driven creativity that extends beyond the boundaries of the creative department.”
