Together, Katie and Kristin launched Lipton Hard Iced Tea’s debut campaign and created brand activations for Netflix’s The Witcher

Independent creative full-service agency Founders have promoted creatives Katie Reid and Kristin Mizushima to creative directors, harnessing their passion for leadership and brand-storytelling.

Together, Katie and Kristin launched Lipton Hard Iced Tea’s debut campaign, created brand activations for Netflix’s The Witcher and held a fundamental role in campaigns for Hornitos Tequila, Snapchat, WE❤️NYC, Red Stripe and more.

The duo will work into executive creative director Checha Agost Carreño out of the New York & Miami offices and will lead creative on FIFCO USA brands such as Lipton Hard Iced Tea, Seagram’s Escapes Refreshers and more to come. They will continue to manage select Netflix projects and are currently working on a unique Collection of items for the city of New York.

Katie was previously a creative at DAVID and teaches copywriting courses at Miami Ad School. Kristin has worked at various agencies such as Ogilvy and joined two years ago. Both Katie and Kristin have contributed to the agency’s rapid growth with new business pitch wins and building the Founders in-house brand.

“I’m grateful to be a part of an agency that truly develops talent from within. Our leadership believes in people first. We hope to continue that legacy of mentorship,” said Kristin.
